Led a 4-person team to redesign ServiceOntario's chatbot into an AI-driven assistant; conducted user research, prototype testing, and sprint facilitation.
Ran a 5-day design sprint to research parking meter pain points and prototype solutions in Figma.
Co-designed a global youth campaign for gun-violence-affected communities; synthesized user testing and stakeholder feedback; presented outcomes at the United Nations.
